How to Make an Appointment

The Sports Medicine Clinic maintains convenient hours at two locations, in Ballard and North Seattle, to accommodate the busy lives of our patients. Appointments may be scheduled daily, beginning at 7:00 or 8:00 a.m. depending on the day of the week. Saturday morning appointments are available.
Business Office
Business office hours are form 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. The Sports Medicine Clinic is contracted with many insurance providers; however, due to the number of insurance plans it is impossible for us to know your exact coverage. To find out if we are contracted with your plan, please contact our business office. If you have questions regarding your plan’s coverage, contact your insurance company prior to your scheduled appointment.
