Becoming a Patient
We welcome new patients, whether you need us for diagnosis, treatment of an existing injury or preventive care.
Referrals are not necessary, although many of our patients are referred by their primary care physicians You can also make appointments with The Sports Medicine Clinic’s own family practice physicians, who may refer you to other specialists within the group. We treat most of our patients as outpatients. This means most of your evaluations, tests and treatments can be done on-site at our offices and do not require hospital admission.
