Many of our patients come to The Sports Medicine Clinic come to us from out of the area and may need information about amenities, services and transportation near our offices.
North Seattle Office
North Seattle Surgery Center is located in the Northwest Outpatient Medical Center at 10330 Meridian Ave. North, Suite 300, in North Seattle. Both the building and the surrounding neighborhood offer a variety of amenities close at hand.
Within the Northwest Outpatient Medical Center, are a deli and convenience store, as well as a first-floor pharmacy for filling prescriptions and getting help with rental or purchase of therapeutic equipment.
Northgate Mall, with a wide variety of shopping, services and restaurant choices, is directly across the I-5 freeway from the Northwest Outpatient Medical Center.
The nearest park is Mineral Springs Park, at 1500 North 105th Street, along the southern edge of Northgate Way between N 105th and N 107th.
Ballard Office
Our Ballard offices are located at 1551 NW 54th St., in the center of one of Seattle’s favorite neighborhoods. The clinic is surrounded with walking streets full of shops and restaurants.
The nearest park is Ballard Corners Park, at 17th Avenue NW and NW 62nd Street, in a residential neighborhood.

Shared Van Service:
Offers door-to-door service to and from Sea-Tac Airport.
