After-Hours Emergencies
For health-related concerns, a physician is available 24 hours a day, every day. Please call (206) 782-3383 and our answering service will contact the physician on call. If you are experiencing a health emergency, please call 911.
Prescription Refills
For medication refills, please contact your pharmacy during business hours, Monday through Friday. The pharmacy will contact The Sports Medicine Clinic for approval. Please allow 48 hours for processing of medication refills.
Patients Under Age 18
Patients under the age of 18 need a signed parental consent prior to treatment
